TASK 10 I WANT TO BE

When I was 10 years old, I want to be a singer just because I like to sing every time I hear a music. I asked my parents what job that I can make a lot of money. They said a doctor, because in addition to getting a lot of money, you can also help people to save their live. But I don’t like science and I’m not a science-oriented person. As the time goes by, I keep looking for what I like, what is my passion, and what I want to be in the future with the passion that I have.
When I was in high school, I choose accounting to begin with. I discovered that I have the right skills to be an accountant and I should be more realistic to pursue my dreams. That’s why I choose accounting major too in college. According to the books I've read before, the author said that the importance of accounting cannot be underestimated because every person needs accounting in their day to daily activities. When I just graduated from college, I would join the recruitment to work at Bank of Indonesia through the PCPM program. PCPM is the education for young employee candidates who organized by Bank of Indonesia and also the recruitment for employees who will be prepared as a leader regeneration in Bank of Indonesia.
In the future, I would see myself working at Bank of Indonesia as an accountant staff and then after 3-5 years of work and have sufficient experience, I would be promoted to assistant manager and then up to the highest level in Bank of Indonesia.
