Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about a problem in one of your products that I purchased at your Samsung Electronics Store on October, 25th 2016 with Your Ref: GA/MM/12R.

I purchased 5 unit of 55” SUHD 4K Curved Smart TV KS9000 Series 9. The Smart TV arrived on time as promised, but when I opened one of the Smart TV’s box and tried to use it, it spit out smoke and would not turn on. Scare of a possible electrical fire, I shut the machine off and return it to the box.

I have always found your products to be good and it surprise me that such unfornate incident has happened. One of  the Smart TV’s machine that I just bought is clearly fault.

I kindly ask you to resolve this problem at the earliest by replacement or arrange for a full refund. I trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.  I look forward to your reply and actions.
